Definition
Knowledge Graph Governance is the control layer that determines how nodes and relationships are created, named, connected, validated, corrected, and retired.
Required Node Fields
Every managed node should have a stable node ID, canonical name, node type, canonical URL, scope, exclusions, owner, version, publication status, evidence status, and last validation date.
Required Edge Fields
Every edge should record source, target, predicate, direction, reciprocal requirement, reciprocal predicate, evidence or rationale, insertion context, schema mapping, validation status, and last checked date.
Acceptance Rule
A structural edge is valid only when both endpoints exist, the predicate is explicit, the source link is rendered, and the required reciprocal edge is present.
