Models System Index

The Models System is the comparative intelligence layer of GEO.or.id. It documents, analyzes, and benchmarks behavior across major AI systems to understand differences in retrieval behavior, reasoning patterns, citation logic, and hallucination tendencies.

This layer does not train models. It observes and evaluates them as external cognitive systems.

1. Models System Role

The Models System acts as a comparative evaluation interface:

Model Output → Behavior Analysis → Signal Extraction → Observatory Metrics → Cross-Model Comparison

It enables structured benchmarking across different AI architectures.

2. Core Model Analysis Nodes

3. Extended Model Coverage

4. Cross-Model Comparison Layer

The system focuses on structured differences across models:

  • Retrieval preference bias
  • Entity prioritization behavior
  • Citation consistency patterns
  • Hallucination frequency differences
  • Reasoning depth variability

These patterns are evaluated using: Multi Model Comparison Experiments

5. Model Behavior Observation Flow

Model Prompt Input
→ Model Output Generation
→ Signal Extraction
→ Observatory Mapping
→ Trust Evaluation
→ Cross-Model Benchmarking

6. Integration with System Layers

Model behavior analysis is integrated into:

7. Evaluation Dimensions

  • Retrieval accuracy alignment
  • Ontology consistency adherence
  • Evidence grounding strength
  • Reasoning coherence depth
  • Trust score stability

8. System Principle

  • Models are observed, not assumed equivalent
  • Each model has distinct behavioral bias
  • Comparisons must be metric-driven
  • No subjective ranking without signals
  • Behavior is more important than output quality alone
